2-3 slices

1/2 of avocado

3 leaves of Boston lettuce, cleaned

2 tablespoons

1 Dumas croissant

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place your sliced bacon two by two so you end up with 2 thicker slices.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Slice your croissant lengthwise.
  • Spread the spicy mayonnaise on the inside of the croissant.
  • Slice and season the avocado.
  • Layer the lettuce, avocado and tomato and then add the bacon on top between the 2 slices of croissant.
  • Enjoy your BLTA!
