INGREDIENTS

Smoked salmon, about 50g

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Salt and pepper

2 sprigs of dill

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 jar fish eggs (salmon, Mujjol or other)

A few sprigs of chives

12 Dumas mini puff pastry shells

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions:

  • Finely chop the dill and mix it in with the yogurt.
  • Add the olive oil to the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the chives finely and set aside.

Assembly:

  • Take a slice of smoked salmon and place it in the centre of the puff pastry shell.
  • Fill the centre with the yogurt mixture.
  • Add a small amount of chives and caviar (do not add too much as it is very salty!)
  • Serve and enjoy!
